If you are visiting us from within India, you can buy directly from me via instagram, facebook or direct email. Let me know what you like and I will send you the India specific pricing for shipping within the country.
If you are visiting us from outside India, you can buy directly from me or via Etsy.

2. Shipping and returns:
All orders are shipped via India Post within 5-7 days of purchase.
I take a lot of pride in creating quality products. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please message me your concern. I will accept returns within 7 days of delivery to you. The products must be unused. I will replace the product or provide shop credits once I receive it from you.
Please note that the shipping costs will not be refunded.
All return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Kari by Kriti is not liable in loss or damage of a package during transit. I have absolutely no authority over logistics which is handled by India Post. I have never experienced a loss of package, so I request your patience in case of a delay.
Please send me a message if you need expedited delivery.
I do not accept return or exchange on sale products.
3. Custom orders:
Yes, I take custom orders for all products except quilts. Our quilts are designed twice a year and a few styles are added through the year. The block print quilting process is long and expensive which is why I currently do not accept custom quilt orders.
For all other products, please get in touch with me with your ideas and requests and we will be able to get them done for you.
4. Wholesale orders:
Yes, we offer wholesale prices and quantities for ALL our products including quilts. Kari by Kriti products are currently stocked in Canada, Brazil and USA.
